Hand sewing skills are practical and timeless. This 2 hour workshop is intended for the beginner and will enable students to mend, embellish, and construct textiles with ease and confidence. No prior knowledge or experience of sewing is required. Students will make a small project in class to take with them.

- Starting and ending stitching
- Using thimbles

- Removing (ripping out) seams
- Sewing a buttonhole and attaching a button
